An insight from a series of focus groups that the first role and company in which you enter the workforce as a graduate can greatly benefit your overall career lead to the campaign idea of the first gig.

Bold, simple and easily applicable to a new corporate branding initiative, the campaign idea was applied to the microsite, web banners, posters and careers fair banners, brochures and leave behinds. A promotion which gave away iTunes gift cards in exchange for graduate contact details proved very successful at career fairs.
